It isn’t.
If you want to work on the non-profit projects later, they will be verified before you start those, but otherwise it works on a honour system.
If you would like feedback or pointers about how to improve, post a link here in the forum (as a new thread) and you’ll get feedback.
Usually, the more detailed you are in asking for feedback, the better the feed back you receive will be. So, “here’s my tribute page, what do you think?” won’t get as helpful a response as “Any tips on improving my design/code?” usually does
